2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
The website www.taquillaoficial.com offers users access to information regarding public events and shows, as well as the ability to purchase tickets to attend them.

, as well as the system of liabilities deriving from the use of the content and elements included therein, including but not limited to: graphic elements, audio material, designs, logos, texts, images and photographs, data, software applications, source code, and any other materials incorporated into or accessible through the Website.
These General Conditions apply to all Website users, understood as any individuals who access, browse, use, or contract the services and activities made available on the Website.
Certain services provided through the Website may be subject to Specific Conditions, which may supplement and/or modify these General Conditions. In case of contradiction, the Specific Conditions shall prevail.
Access and use of the Website implies the User’s full acceptance of the General Conditions of Use in force at that time, which should be read carefully and thoroughly.

TAQUILLA OFICIAL may modify the terms and conditions of use, as well as the content and configuration of the Website, at any time. Any changes will be published in the same manner as these current conditions or through any direct communication addressed to Users.
The validity of these General Conditions coincides with the duration of their publication until they are modified, at which time the updated conditions shall enter into force.
Regardless of any Specific Conditions, TAQUILLA OFICIAL may suspend, terminate, or interrupt access to Website content at any time and without prior notice, with no right to compensation for the User.
After such termination, the prohibitions and limitations on the use of content set out in these General Conditions shall remain applicable. TAQUILLA OFICIAL reserves the right to remove any information or content supplied by users or third parties at any time without the need to provide justification.
4. ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE
Access, use, or contracting of services offered through the Website is strictly prohibited for minors who are not legally emancipated.

TAQUILLA OFICIAL does not, under any circumstances, guarantee (i) the legality, truthfulness, or accuracy of the information it disseminates through the Website and (ii) the uninterrupted availability of the services and/or content provided through its Website or other websites to which it is linked, and no third party may derive any compensation or other rights against TAQUILLA OFICIAL from any service interruption. 8. USE OF COOKIES
The User acknowledges and accepts that TAQUILLA OFICIAL may use cookies during Website browsing under the terms stated in the “Cookies Policy”.
9. GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
Main characteristics of events and shows. The principal features of events offered through the Website may be consulted in each event’s descriptive information sheet.
PURCHASE PROCESS
To purchase tickets on TAQUILLA OFICIAL, Users must first register via the option “No, I have never purchased on this website before.” Users must locate the event of interest on the Website and click “continue” to access the purchase page.
Once registered, the User will receive a personal and non-transferable username and password and may log in using the option “Yes, I have purchased before and already have a user account.”
After logging in, the User must enter the requested data and then select the desired event, ticket type, quantity, and seating area in accordance with the options configured by the event organizer.
Payment may be made through the methods available on the Website:

Ticket Collection Options
After confirmation, the User may choose one of the following delivery methods: Collection at the official box office: Present ID, payment card, and purchase reference. If collected by another person, written authorization is required. Agreed pickup near the venue when box-office collection agreements are not available. In both cases, tickets must be collected in person during event-day operating hours.
Courier Delivery
Available only when shown as an option during purchase. The User may receive tickets at a postal address after paying delivery fees.
TAQUILLA OFICIAL will attempt delivery within 48 hours, but this may vary depending on the event. If tickets have not arrived 5 days prior to the event, the User must contact Customer Service immediately.
Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the User void responsibility for failed deliveries. If delivery attempts fail due to absence, up to 3 re-attempts may be made. Undelivered tickets will be returned to TAQUILLA OFICIAL, requiring re-delivery costs or digital issuance (PDF) when possible.
Hotel / Tourist Accommodation Delivery
Available exclusively for non-residents when permitted depending on event timing.
Print-at-Home (PDF) Tickets
When supported, the User may print tickets directly. This option depends on event access validity and TAQUILLA OFICIAL system authorization.
Once completed, the system generates a reference code and confirmation email.
10. MODIFICATION AND REVIEW OF DATA
If any required field (marked with a red asterisk) is missing, the User cannot continue the purchase and will be notified onscreen.
The User may review and modify data before finalizing the purchase. Personal account settings allow checking order status, updating personal details, changing password, and contacting Customer Support.
11. PRICING POLICY, TAXES AND SHIPPING COSTS
The prices displayed on TAQUILLAOFICIAL.com are generally higher than the face value of the tickets. By completing a purchase through our platform, the customer fully accepts the total ticket price, including the difference between the final sale price and the original face value. Such difference is due to advance reservation fees, full management of the order, ticket procurement services, delivery handling, and the difficulty of obtaining tickets for high-demand events. This clause aims to inform customers of how the final price is structured. In particular, tickets for major bullfighting events are costly and difficult to obtain, especially when sold out, which may result in a final price significantly higher than the face value.
Ticket prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated, and are expressed in euros (€). Prices do not include shipping costs (if physical delivery is requested), return insurance of tickets, or additional optional services unless otherwise specified.
12. INVOICE DELIVERY
The user has the right to request an invoice for their purchase and to choose the delivery method. The available options are:
• Email: The invoice will be sent to the email registered in our database. The purchaser may request delivery to an alternative email address.
• Postal delivery: The user may request reception via courier by sending their full postal address to info@taquillaoficial.com
13. ADVANCE RESERVATION SERVICE
TAQUILLA OFICIAL allows Users to request advance management of ticket reservation for events not yet available on the website.
Acceptance of such request is conditional on explicit prior approval by TAQUILLA OFICIAL.
If the reservation is successfully obtained, TAQUILLA OFICIAL will notify the User by email or telephone. No changes or refunds are permitted after allocation.
If reservation procurement is not possible, TAQUILLA OFICIAL will refund 100% of the amount paid for the request.
14. DISCLAIMER REGARDING AVAILABILITY
TAQUILLA OFICIAL cannot guarantee ticket availability for events featured on the platform. Nor can TAQUILLA OFICIAL guarantee delivery via courier or Print-at-Home format unless expressly indicated during purchase.
Tickets will not be refunded if users fail to collect them for reasons unrelated to TAQUILLA OFICIAL.
Advance reservation does not guarantee the right to purchase. Only when TAQUILLA OFICIAL obtains tickets and the User accepts the offered terms (price, delivery, etc.), will the purchase right be generated.
Failure to acquire tickets shall not grant the User any compensation.
TAQUILLA OFICIAL is not responsible for event changes decided by the organizer affecting the tickets purchased.
15. LIMITATIONS REGARDING THE EVENT ORGANIZER / PROMOTER
The OFFICIAL TICKET OFFICE does not participate in any way in the internal organization and planning of the events offered for sale on our online platform. This means that this entity has no involvement in the following aspects: visibility, acoustic quality, seating comfort, user accessibility, or last-minute seat reassignments. Therefore, the OFFICIAL TICKET OFFICE does not assume the obligations and responsibilities that correspond to the event promoter in the aforementioned aspects.
The event promoter reserves the right of admission and may register the attendance of attendees. Entry with any object that the organizers may consider dangerous is prohibited. Bringing food and drinks from outside the venue is also generally not permitted. The organizers reserve the right to allow or deny entry to the bullfight once it has begun, as well as to allow entry and exit from the venue during the event.
The OFFICIAL TICKET OFFICE will not respond to any future claims made by the user regarding the organization or planning of the event. The User is reminded that the responsibility for the event will correspond exclusively to the ORGANIZER/PROMOTER of the bullfighting event.
16. RETURNS POLICY
The USER must verify accuracy of all information before confirming purchase. Once completed, ticket refunds are not permitted. Inability to attend or purchase errors do not qualify for refunds.
Refunds will only apply in cases of technical or operational incidents attributable to TAQUILLA OFICIAL.
If a payment was charged fraudulently with an unauthorized card, the cardholder may request a charge reversal upon providing formal proof of police report. A written request and accompanying documentation will be required.
Requests outside these cases must be directed to the EVENT ORGANIZER/PROMOTER, subject to their policies and applicable regulations. In such cases, management, handling, and service fees are non-refundable.
If the event is suspended after it has begun—defined as the moment the first bull enters the ring—due to causes unrelated to the Organizer (including weather conditions or venue circumstances), no refund will apply.
In cases of postponement, modification, or full suspension, the Organizer will establish procedures to be communicated to TAQUILLA OFICIAL based on applicable regional laws.
Refunds will only proceed when the Organizer expressly authorizes them, and management fees will never be refunded.
17. COMPLAINTS & CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUESTS
Users may submit complaints, claims, or information requests through:

TAQUILLA OFICIAL will respond as soon as possible, within a maximum of one month, issuing a claim reference number and proof of submission via email or SMS.

18. BREACH OF TERMS
TAQUILLA OFICIAL reserves the right to take any legal action necessary to claim liabilities arising from breach of these Terms by the User.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any clause is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining conditions will continue to be binding. Failure to enforce a provision does not imply waiver of future enforcement.
20. PREVALENCE OF THE SPANISH VERSION
In case of discrepancy between the Spanish version of these Terms and this English translation or any other language, the Spanish version shall prevail.
21. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and the provision of Website services are governed by Spanish law.
